When asked a question like this, everyone thinks of their own pets, and if they don't own any cats but do own dogs, well there is the reason for the shift right there.
Dog owners have weak egos and need the love and attention a dog offers without even a second thought (or a first one, for that matter). Dog owners are often control freaks as well. Or maybe owning a dog just forces them to be that way. It's possible, I suppose (not).
If a cat loves you, well, you've really got it going. Cat love isn't automatic. But the cat box IS.
You are so wrong ~ I had at least 2 dogs for most of my life and they were more than best friends ... more loyal than most people I know.
I had a cat this year for about 6 months and it was the coldes, most annoying pain in the a** that @!$%# all over my carpets and pissed wherever it wanted to. Needless to say, it was at the ASPCA very quickly.
Cats vs Dogs, Republicans vs. Democrats, Shiites vs Sunnis, Blacks vs Whites, Northerners vs Southerners, Westerners vs Easterners, Geeks vs Jocks... Someone or Something is looking down on us and wondering why the difference and why does it matter...
Not that women are dogs, but dogs are like a good woman. They're always happy when you come home.....even when it's late. They never tell you you're going the wrong direction when they're in your car......they're just happy to be there. They're gracious to your friends, even the female ones, and are always loyal only to you.
Cats?? They're like a bad woman. They don't care about making you happy, they're attention whores. The only time they hang around with you is when they want something. They'll snuggle up with anyone that has a warm lap, without a hint of guilt.
And yes my daughter has a cat here at home. I taught it to come when I whistle, to stop meowing for milk when I tell her no, and to follow me when I say, 'Come on.'....But I don't trust it around my wallet when I'm not there.....
I love cats but can't have any due to allergies. BUT For all you dog lovers...get FREE Organic Doggie Biscuits here: http://www.twincitiescheap.com/Lucci's%20Korner%20Coupon.html
Apples to oranges there lilninnin. They didn't ask if they liked cats OR dogs better, they asked if they liked each a lot. Some people have cats and dogs, they like both a lot. So two votes from one person. :)
The few, the proud Of course, cat lovers, if smaller in numbers, are equal in passion.
Cats Rule, simple as that really.
Clearly, there are dog people and there are cat people. But it's not much of a contest: 74 percent of people like dogs a lot, and only 41 percent like cats a lot.
Dogs are more enjoyable to have in my opinion. Dogs also more useful than cats, dogs have been in many wars, rescue, and law enforcement. Cats just kill rodents and I guess good for therapy for some? Dogs are man's best freind.
Hope-295312 dogs can sniff out bombs thus saving human lives, dogs can find mold in a home, dogs can help blind people cross the street, help physically handicapped people open a refrigerator and feed themselves. No cat, ever, ever can do any of that.
You cat people can kid yourselves all you like about cats being independent and smarter, but really they are just stupid creatures that poop in a box.
I use my dog (Jack Russell) for hunting and take it to the beach (retrieves tennis balls and frisbies). I doubt a cat would serve any purpose other than getting in the way and coughing up fur balls!
We've had both cats and dogs all our lives and have thoroughly enjoyed both. However, as we've gotten older and arthritis and a few other things have set in, we've had to give up on owning another dog after our last one passed on. It's just too much upkeep for us. We do have two cats, a male and a female (both neutered) one we found abandoned in our neighborhood and another bought as a companion for her from PetSmarts' rescue program.
Both kitties have been wonderful companions, with us constantly, always trying to "help" with whatever chores are being done and always interested in everything we do. They're favorite activity of the day is the walk down the driveway to the mailbox and back. They love to tour the garden with us and always have something they want to show us - usually a twig or a bug. Little boy kitty will actually play "fetch" with my husband with a little sponge ball.
Cats are a great pet solution for us because they are so easy to care for. They are extremely affectionate and responsive and make us laugh constantly. They seem to enjoy that and will step up their efforts to be silly just to get a laugh. I can't imagine a day without them.
Cats are the lazy person's pet. They require nothing except food and water, and the usual meds, if they even get them. Dogs have a personality--they just don't take like cats. I prefer a dog because it makes me walk which is great for diabetics like me. What good would a cat be except to have me spend money on him? In addition, they kill small animals, destroy shrubbery and make nuisances out of themselves with their constant breeding and yowling. They do nothing worth supporting and are quite annoying.
I am lazy, so what, that does not make you better than me. Both animals are great, but I prefer cats because I can't stand the smell of a dog, eating feces/dead things or vomit, rolling or rubbing on dead things and the fact that they can kill a person. They are more expensive to care for.
I not only think they are worth supporting, I own a low-cost spay/neuter clinic just for CATS.
I love them both and really don't understandabout this 'war', why is that dog lovers tend to dislike cats. And they're never really accurate, because i own a cat and he is a great companion. I think that maybe cats demand a little more attention from you, so they can develop a relation ship and interaction. My cat likes to play hide and seek, he knows when i'm sad and tries to comfort and i'm sure he has a sense of humor. And dogs, i love them, but some are dangerous (of course, maybe the cause of that is human abuse) and they also hunt small animals. In the end, they're just animals, acting according with their animal intincts, right? Both can be so lovable, and that's what matters the most. This 'war' is a human thing.
I have cats and dogs. Each critter has it's own personality with both good and bad habits. The differences in their friendliness seems to be more related to each individual than to whether they are a dog or a cat. They all are affectionate, playful and sometimes destructive. Though I have to say when the dogs misbehave the damage is much greater than anything the cats come up with. Even when it comes to birds in the yard, my dogs are as to catch a bird as my cats. I can't find a single reason to choose between cats and dogs.
""I use my dog (Jack Russell) for hunting and take it to the beach (retrieves tennis balls and frisbies). I doubt a cat would serve any purpose other than getting in the way and coughing up fur balls!""
So you got a "smart dog", but not smart enough to know cats can do all those things too(mine likes to retrieve stuffed animals, and he hears other animals before I do)......except most cats don't like the water.
Dogs have Masters, Cats have Servants. I have an American Tabby named Jethro (after Jethro TULL), he is 16 years old and weighs 23 pounds (Big not Fat). One more thing......I live in Carlsbad, CA., by the beach. There is a sea-wall on the coast that many, many people walk up and down daily, really crowded especially in the summertime. I have NEVER had to step over Cat crap on the sidewalk, but many, many piles of Dog crap and puddles of pee. So my dear Dog owners, please pick up after Fido like the signs politely ask you to. No snide remarks please, just obey the City Ordinances.
"veteran"? Back from overseas and retired from killing women and children uh? (or maybe you had a lame coward desk job but you like to pretend you were an actual soldier! WHAT A WHIMP!!!) Anyway, I'm glad your cat is 16, that means he's ready to kick the bucket! hahahhahahaha!!!!!!
leviatan667 - Vietnam 66-69, River Patrol Boats (PBR) Cua-Viet River up at the DMZ, I WISH I had had a desk job. And nope, the record for a cat is 38 years so Jethro is just a teenager. Do me a favor leviatan667, go stick your head up your own ass.
Very true! I love both cats and dogs and have had a few of each over the years. (I'm 76) They are both great pets. I have no preferences, I love them both.
True True. My male siamese is just like another dog as far as being effectionate, following me through the house, sitting faithfully watching TV, letting me know when he needs his potty box cleaned or food dish filled. He also stands his ground and is respected by my very smart and loving 14 year old 100 lb. Golden Retriever and 2 year old boxer. All males. The cat, Bandit, out does the dogs with his one learned trick where at dinner time he stands on the chair in the corner and slaps at the bamboo chime hanging in the corner then turns and looks at me for his table scrap treat. The dogs stare in awe wondering why the cat gets fed at the table and they don't. I have the perfect balance of love and appreciation for both cats and dogs and have enjoyed the company of both my entire 52 years. Along with the 14 year old I have now, I have a cat for 23 years, another cat for 15 and a dog for 16. I believe their longivity without major health issues is due to lots of love and care. I have never understood the dislike for either dogs or cats by "humans".
I love all animals, but because I am away from the house for 12 hours a day I choose to have a cat because they can take care of themselves. Dogs shouldn't be left alone for long periods of time.
Cats are very clean animals, it's their owners that are dirty. Cats hate using a dirty litter box. Cats clean themselves whereas dogs have to be bathed. Cats, depending upon their personality are very loyal and loving, and serve as wonderful companions.
Everyone has had their own experiences with cats and dogs, but having had dogs and cats all of my life (I'm 63), I really would prefer a cat.
Seriously, You consider the cat that licks itself ALL OVER to be clean? Think about that for a minute. And then think about just how clean your little kitty is. They're as filthy as dogs, but unlike cats, most dog owners bathe their pets. Which pet is cleaner now, huh?
Look, I've fostered care border collies last year, and giving them a bath each week was a tremendous work. Why you ask? Because I had adoptive families coming to our home to check them out, and nothing is better then a clean pooch to win the hearts of a family. I wish the dogs did bathe themselves, but it was all for a good cause.
I'm grateful my cat can give herself a bath, although we'll bathe her every now and then because of her long and fluffy coat, or bring her to the groomers. My dog on the other hand, needs a bath weekly.
I love them both, but they're both very smart and each others best friend. They both have qualities that I love, but the dog does take a lot of work. I'm glad my family helps out.
Seriously, You consider the cat that licks itself ALL OVER to be clean? Think about that for a minute. And then think about just how clean your little kitty is. They're as filthy as dogs, but unlike cats, most dog owners bathe their pets. Which pet is cleaner now, huh?
Yes, seriously!! Have you ever smelled a cat? I swear my cat smell like powder and sometimes smell like soap. When she rolls in the dirt (as part of her bathing ritual, I guess) he would want me to sponge bathe him. They are really clean creatures.. may even smell better and cleaner than you. At least cats just lick themselves, while dogs lick humans. Totally grosses me out!!!
I have to question the figures of 74% liking dogs while only 41% like cats. According to a recent Humane Society survey:
There are approximately 77.5 million owned dogs in the United States
Thirty-nine percent of U.S. households own at least one dog
Most owners (67 percent) own one dog
Twenty-four percent of owners own two dogs
Nine percent of owners own three or more dogs
On average, owners have almost two dogs (1.7)
The proportion of male to female dogs is even
Nineteen percent of owned dogs were adopted from an animal shelter
On average, dog owners spent $225 on veterinary visits (vaccine, well visits) annually
Seventy-five percent of owned dogs are spayed or neutered
There are approximately 93.6 million owned cats in the United States
Thirty-three percent of U.S. households (or 38.2 million) own at least one cat
Fifty-six percent of owners own more than one cat
On average, owners have two cats (2.45)
More female cats are owned than male cats (70 percent vs. 65 percent respectively)
Twenty-two percent of owned cats were adopted from an animal shelter
Cat owners spent an average of $203 on routine veterinary visits
Eighty-seven percent of owned cats are spayed or neutered
Personally, I love my cats! Cats are more independent, but - if you work at it - they are just as loving and affectionate as any dog I've ever seen. The difference is that most dogs will like you if you feed them. Most cats will eat your food, but that isn't enough to make them care about you, by itself.
Thank you for this educated information. I am appalled that this article was written, with percentages, from a sampling of a little less than 2,000 people. This is NOT credible journalism. Maybe it's because I studied statistics, but I know how easy it is to manipulate data information and distribute it to the general, (and unthinking) public. Most people think, "Wow, percentages. It's legit". It's often not.
In terms of cats and dogs, both a wondeful creatures, as are all animals, and I believe anyone on here battling about it is an idiot.
I beg to differ. My cats are ridiculously intelligent animals and know when I am ill or simply suffering from a broken heart...They never leave my side unless I literally pick them up and move them. The same goes for my dog...She is right by my side as well, and equally just as loving. As an animal lover, I don't know what I would do without either or. I have nothing but love and compassion for all animals.
Here here! Why does it have to be one or the other? My husband and I are cat people and currently own two, but I would like to have a dog when I can spend more time at home and less at the library (and can convince my husband!). I don't care if you prefer one or the other, but anyone who says they hate animals is not a person I would like to have as a friend.
I grew up with both cats & dogs. I like dogs, but I have two cats. Sebastian greets me when I come home from work like a dog. He also loves to fall asleep on my tummy. Both of my cats know when I'm not feeling well & will cuddle up right next to me. Sebastian likes to take straws from my drink & play fetch with it. I have two good boys (Quincy is my other cat) who love each other (and me of course). They are NOT dirty cats & use their liter box faithfully. People mis-understand cats & they just don't know what they're missing!!
What's with this divisive poll? As if divisive politics wasn't bad enough, now dog and cat owners should fly at each other's throats? Such nonsense! Like several commentors say, I have both cats and dogs, I love both, they love each other, and there is true joy in the attributes of both.
i was never really a cat person until i rescued one from my work and let me just say she is just like having a small dog. she greets me at the door every time, lets me know when she is hungry, does tricks for treats just like my dog and is constantly loving on me as well as everybody else. to me the two are the same, it just depends on the owners and how they are raised and the time spent with each.
Dogs make your house smell like a dog, even if you bathe them, they are so nasty. as long as you change the cat box, cats don't smell bad. my GF hated cats, but she was over and one was curled up on her pillow. she said I thought cats were smelly, but the pillow now has a almost sweet smell. she asked if I had washed it with some smell good cat shampoo, she said she was surprised the cat smelled so good even though i never bathed it. my cat is also trained to sit on command. cats like to scratch things but dogs do also but also chew things. I prefer cats hands down, but I think it depends on personality which you prefer. If you require taking care of the animal more then you'll like dogs. if you want more freedom from your pet you'll like cats. I hate people who bring their dog with them where ever they go.
And ecto, we people hate humans like you. You smell just as vile as you claim dogs do. Except you BATHE at least a couple times a week. Still stink I bet though.
I WAS not a cat person, always had dogs. Then, my children brought home a kitten and begged to keep it. I gave in and fell in love. I have had 2 more cats since and let me tell you they have all been full of personality, affection and entertainment. Every cat is different, and the two I have now are as different as night and day but I love them both like crazy. Even tho I have horrible allergies I will never get rid of them, because I am so attached to them I'll suffer through the worst of my allergies for them. I must also add they are CLEAN and self sufficient so I am not having to run home to let the dog out or feed them.
I've heard more people say that exact thing. I don't think until people have been around a loved cat that they understand what great pets they are. My dad was definitely a DOG PERSON and wouldn't let us have cats until my oldest sister begged him long enough. He is now thoroughly a CAT person.
Personally I love all animals, but cats will always be my favorites. I like dogs, but find them too demanding. I love visiting my friends' dogs, giving them attention and leaving their care to my friends. :)
I think most people that don't like dogs probably don't like cats either, or animals in general for that matter. They're the ones you can't trust and better keep a close eye on. Especially in their Teens!
Never trust anyone who doesn't like animals. I hired a woman once who hated all animals, especially dogs and cats, and small children. She turned out to be a total nut case. Had I known about her hatred of loving creatures (and children) I wouldn't have hired her but now I make sure the topic is included as general conversation with job applicants.
Even people with allegies shouldn't HATE cats and dogs. I think it tells you a great deal about the person.
If you want to have some fun at your computer, visit "ask fisher," a blogging cat who knows that both cats and dogs are valuable to their humans.
Both of my dogs, Cosmo the softest soft coated Wheaten Terrier and Cookie the davenport deprived rat terrier, write to "Ask Fisher " for advice. Fisher always provides intelligent, thoughful advice, so apparently cats are very smart...
I refuse to judge one over the other. I have both. I love both.
And in response to the filthy comments, apparently people forget, "WE" are the filthiest animals of all. If you get bit by a human, in most cases it will get infected. If you touch a person with staff or anything they may have touched, in most cases you will get sick.
Think of this, how many times have you been in an airport and had someone cough on or next to you because their Mama didn't teach them to cover their mouths.
Cats rule! Cats are self sufficient and SO intelligent! They are beautiful creatures. Dogs are great but goofy and needy. I have two cats. I love them like my kids. Need I say more.
I hate cats. Damn things scratched the hood on my car and pissed on my front door. At least dog piss doesn't stain like cat piss does! I bought a b-b gun for their furry asses and I bought a dog so they don't come on my property!
Years ago I used to live near a clown like you who broke one of my cat's legs with his BB gun! I went over and broke the damn thing in half against a tree! So be careful myfriend when you shoot at anything, God will get you for that! Incidentally, this same guy wound up in Prison eventually for Armed Robbery.
You're lucky the crazy guy didn't shoot you with a real gun tough guy. You should keep your cat on a leash pal. When they come on people's property, they are fair game. Dog, Cat, illegal alien, etc. They will be shot on site! There is a big sign on my gate warning them too, so enter at your own risk.
I guess your name should tell most of us that we aren't going to appreciate what spews out of it.
To shoot an animal with a bb gun is vicious. I can only hope in your next life that you return as an animal and get treated the same. Karma. (What goes around comes around in case you don't know what that means.)
Responsible cat owners should KEEP THEIR CATS INDOORS! I bought a brand new black Mustang and within a few months my neighbors cats scratched the h*ll out of it and ruined the paint job. Not to mention what they do to my flowerbed. Have you ever tried to plant some flowers to beautify your property only to have to contend with cat crap? NOTHING smells worse.
Exactly Vixen. These people like to talk smack without knowing the facts and respecting people's property. They say..."So what if my cat scratched your car? So what if it pissed on your door?" Keep your pussies behind closed doors and we won't have a problem. Period!
LoudMouth, Talk about TOUGH Talk, which by the way is cheap. If you shoot anything outside your house you will be arrested and taken to jail. You can shoot someone inside your house, but not outside.
As a friend to cats (AND dogs) it really is better to keep your pet at home. Indoor cats outlive free ranging cats by quite a piece. There is a similar difference with dogs. Some people just will not make an effort to avoid running pets over. Also free ranging pets are much more likely to catch dreadful diseases that are abundant in the wild population. If one free ranging critter has a disease soon they all have it. Keep your critter home if you love it.
You need some serious therepy I bet your dogs make your living by fighting and killing each other just to please you. I bet I know what type of dog you own
In my lifetime I have had both dogs and cats as pets. Both have their good and their bad points. Both are wonderful companions however cats are easier to clean up after than dogs. Dogs, on the other hand, make great protectors. Dogs need more attention than cats. Cats can be independent. By that I mean when you call them, they just look at you as if to say, "yeah, what?". I have a softness for animals so maybe I'm biased. I feed the birds and squirrels too. They're easy to take care of. :)
Oh, for the guys that doesn't like cats because they kill all the wildlife that comes into his yard, there is a very simple solution. Cats have a natural instinct to stalk and kill prey. They can't help it, it's part of their makeup. Put a collar with a bell on them and the birds/squirrels will hear them coming.
I love cats and I love dogs. I have three cats because cats are extremely low maintenance, and with full time jobs, my husband and I could not give a dog (or dogs) the time and attention needed. We love and enjoy friends and neighbors cats and dogs alike. We even dog sit for our "grand puppy, but to own a dog at the present would just not work. When we retire we will probably own both. As for the cat "haters", I truly believe that none of you have ever actually spent much time with a cat. The vast majority of cats are smart, loving, and sweet. They are also hilariously funny and provide endless entertainment.
With that being said, why, with the state of the world being what it is, are we fighting over this???
It's funny you mention cat haters not spending time with cats. I am always amazed at how many people (my friends and my kids' friends) that are so amazed at how great our cats are. They often make comments that if they could have cats like ours they'd have a cat. The only difference in my cats is that they are loved. We give them attention. They are well-cared for. They are indoor cats.
Obviously the best dogs are the dogs who are loved and cared for as well. It comes down the owners/those owned.
I sincerely wish that the issue of cats and dogs WAS the most important problem of the world... sigh...
Some people insist on raising mean, bad tempered pets. The most notorious are the big dogs because they can do the most damage but I HAVE known a family that gleefully raised a mean cat. Their kids weren't all that great either.
I have both. I had a Siamese for years who was my right-hand dude. He even guarded my sleep at night (seriously, he would attack anyone who entered my room while I was sleeping - though he was always nice to boyfriends). I adored that cat, but the others I've had since have not nearly matched up. But my dogs have all been excellent creatures. The difference is that cats did not evolve in the same way dogs did. Dogs evolved to match us in a way, to fill in the areas where we were weak. They are genetically designed to work and live with us. Cats evolved out of simple convenience and more recently - they kept pest populations under control after we had become mainly agrarian, and did not really work WITH humans. It's a totally different relationship than we have with dogs, so comparing them just because they're furry quadrupeds doesn't really make sense.
I take care of a colony of feral cats. Two years ago before 99% of them were trapped and spayed/neutered a kitten that was the runt was dragged out in the open to die. She was only about 4 inches long at 4 weeks. By 2 in the morning she was screaming for me and not for her bottle. Well, a few months later someone tried to break into my house by taking the screen off at an open window. This small cat got in the window and hissed and spitted until the person ran away. The comotion awoke me and the screen was leaning up against my house off to the side of the window. I closed the window but she wouldn't leave that window sill for 2 hours. I'm thankful I fought hard to keep her alive that first night. Now she patrols the windows every night systematically.
I think cats get a bad rap for being, as some would say "independent". My experience with my own cat was quite different.
He had all of the best pet qualities usually attributed to a dog or a cat. On the one hand, he was independent enough that I could leave for work for long hours and I even went away on a week-long trip and left him at home with enough food to get by (he ate less than half the supply I left for him).
On the other hand, he got VERY depressed when I left him with my parents for a year, he cried for weeks at first, and then he got so ill they told me he was going to die. The instant cure was when I came home to visit him. He spent the whole week following me around and when I sat down he poked his nose under my clothes and he kept trying to crawl inside of me.
Did this cat EVER ignore me when I called his name? No. NEVER. If I called, he came running to me like there was a fire behind him. He'd always give a happy little leap at the end when he reached me too.
I trained the cat to let himself into the cupboard underneath my sink and to close the door behind him with his back foot so he could hide from my apartment maintenence man (since I was not allowed to own cats). I trained him to turn off the lights at night and I even tained him to crawl into his cat carrier on his own so I could take him to the airport or to the vet. This cat had complete faith in me.
The cat is dead now. I think he was the smartest cat I have ever owned. He was so sensitive and loving. He never used his claws as a threat and he never got angry with anyone. He was gentle as a lamb. I know some dogs are like this too which is why I love both cats and dogs but I was just lucky enough to have a cat like this.
Nothing, nobody, loves you like a dog!
Yeah, in another poll, 90% say men are better than women.
100 people were polled: 90 were men and 10 were women.
Yeah, whoever conducts these 'polls' must be a genius.........
Very good. I hadn't even noticed that.
When asked a question like this, everyone thinks of their own pets, and if they don't own any cats but do own dogs, well there is the reason for the shift right there.
No one, nobody, feeds a dog like a human.
Dogs drool, bark, sniff your crotch and everyone elses, can't bathe themselves, leave manure in piles everywhere and jump all over people.
Cats are self-cleaning, bury their manure, don't bark, can be left alone, purr when happy and are very cool to have around.
Need I say more? Ok, there is this "Dogs have Masters; Cats have Staff" ; )
Seriously though, to each their own!

This article was clearly biased against minorities, it cites that the most likely cat dislikers were blacks, hispanics and married men.
Associated Press Petside also could use a new calculator, unless Willy Wonka is doing the math for them !
Fagan01, That's because cats can quickly sense antagonism and are very capable of saying,
"hey, back at ya, fella".

Apples to oranges there lilninnin. They didn't ask if they liked cats OR dogs better, they asked if they liked each a lot. Some people have cats and dogs, they like both a lot. So two votes from one person. :)

"Only thing worse than a cat is a cat owner"
mike #1 must own a jackass
Leader of the Sheeple, that was pretty clever comeback
Yes. 'BUT' it is Not a CAT!
That's all a dog lover can come up with? Man, I rest my case.
LoudMouth, what does that Jack russel hunt, Dust Bunnies.....

Well said, veteran!
Once you earn a cat's trust and love, they are just as affectionate and loyal as a dog.
Very true indeed! My cats most of the time behave like humans. I would never change a cat for a dog. I simply love them!
Cat do rule in the independence department.

I have to question the figures of 74% liking dogs while only 41% like cats. According to a recent Humane Society survey:
I love my cat more than most people. As for dogs...they are like bratty little kids who need constant attention. Cats rule and are much Smarter too!
Cats RULE, Dogs Drool.
Cat's are for Lazy Pussies that don't want to take care of dogs (Man's best friend)!
LoudMouth, tell me where you want me to meet you and we can get together and discuss this in person.
NEVER trust a person who doesn't like dogs!!!
NEVER trust anyone who tells you to "NEVER trust a person who doesn't like dogs!!!" !!!!!!
I think most people that don't like dogs probably don't like cats either, or animals in general for that matter. They're the ones you can't trust and better keep a close eye on. Especially in their Teens!
I have been places where people REALLY like dogs, right next to the mashed potatoes.
I don't often agree with people from the red states, but in this case Texas Mom, you are soooo right.
I've been to places where they worship cats and have Tigers as pets and feed them dog!!!!!
So whose filthy?
Funny thing LoudMouth, I bought a B-B-Gun to keep the Dogs off MY property, touche!!!!!
Hey Al,
You're lucky the crazy guy didn't shoot you with a real gun tough guy.
PSSST! Hey MSNBC...Don't mean to be picky but check your math percentages, it adds up to more than 100%.
Who doing your proof reading these days - Someone from clusterFOX NEWS?
Conservatives like dogs, liberals like cats.
Exactly...
Biatches vs. Pussies! LOL
Interesting, didn't know blacks and hispanics are politically conservative.
Great story! I also had a similar experience with my cat.
I like dogs better too, but 1,967 people polled is a pretty small sampling.
