Oh, my gosh, now we get to have recipes from them, to boot!!! Maybe Mrs. Duggar can get together with Martha Stewart and start something!!
why do people always criticize other peoples lives... yeah they have alot of kids, more than most people would like to have, but seriously is the way they live their life really affecting the way anyone else lives? they handle their own. Its not them thats messing up health care is the people that are too lazy to go look for jobs and stay on welfare for years and years when they are way beyond capable of working for their own. Yes i do believe a percentage of people on welfare actually do need it but the majority dont. The Huge family people are always throwing insults at handle their own business. They work for themselves and make ends meet themselves. they got on tv because outsiders are interesten in their lives. If they werent they wouldnt be on tv like they are. I believe everyone that has something to say about someone elses life that has nothing to do with their own needs to mind their own....

You really should get a life. Sitting here ranting about this families CHOICE to have these kids is just laughable to read. We live in a free country. they live in Alabama or Arkansas or something. Overpopulation is not a problem there. Cost of living is relatively low and they have decided to be studious and thrifty and stay debt free. They are financially able to support these children (for now) so until they do something illegal or immensely irresponsible then BACK OFF.
try having kids yourself. They're amazing and I know why they would want so many. Seeing the pure joy and love of children is what gives me hope that this world isn't going to go down in flames at any moment.
Having that many children in this day and age is irresponsible whether you can afford them or not. All of the children have had to raise the other children, not much of a life for a kid. Children should not have to raise the other children. Those kids had to have an exorbitant amount of structure and chores to make that house run. So much that they couldn't even go to school(and yes I know they say it was a "personal" decision not to put them in school), if they did go to school that house would fall apart because the mother couldn't keep up on the chores.
And the way they do it debt free?? TV people, get real. TV cuts them big fat checks for flashing their kids faces everywhere they go. Why do you think they put themselves on tv? They probably couldn't afford to keep up with having litters if they didn't. They sought a tv show, not tv sought them. They had to initiate the contact with hollywood to get their show.
These people are utterly irresponsible and I hope their kids learn from the selfishness of their parents.
I don't believe in breeding (neither animals nor people.) We live in a time where conservation of our rapidly depleting resources (and elimination of waste/litter) is vital to our survival on this planet; however, they sure are a beautiful family. God bless them!
Idiots !!!!
I ABSOLUTELY love the Duggars and the way they've raised their family. Watching a show that has such a wonderful example of people that is wholesome and Godly is very encouraging. Of course TLC has to put a show that is absolutely opposite to the Duggars on their channel also (Sister Wives), but still, I am very grateful for this family and the example they set.
I'll have to try the Tator Tot casserole with gluten free cream of mushroom soup. My husband has a wheat allergy and I think my youngest child does too. Thanks for this article. We're always inspired by the Duggar family. We have four children, and counting! Plus, we're working toward paying off our debt. I blog about it to keep myself motivated.
