Has anyone thought that just maybe the differential treatment given boys may be responsible. Could it be the more aggression given boys as early as nine months (and increases over time) the more social distance and lack of kind, stable, mental/emotional/social verbal interaction may be creating the higher average stress creating the natural stress relief of more activity, the higher muscle tension creating the poor handwriting, the lack of maturity due to lack of various supports along with more social distance and aggression from parents, peers, and significant others thus creating more social distance defensiveness from authority figures. I am glad the writer is pointing out this problem. I hope she and others will try to see it as a socially created problem and not one of genetics.
