Ah, nope. I'm pretty sure that is "a) evil and b) ill-advised." Sure, give them the iPhone today, end up with a child with a tiny attention span tomorrow. That's not to mention what expensive gadgets the kids will be asking for in the future. Who wants spoiled kids?

This is not a very good piece of advice, I was just reading an article the other day about how a 5 year old ran up a bill of like $1000 worth of microtransactions on her mother's iPhone playing the Smurfs apps. Not to mention, oh yeah, maybe you should try interacting with your kids once in a while instead of just handing them an electronic pacifier.
