I absolutely love this recipe. I cooked it for dinner tonight and it was a BIG hit! Even my kids liked it, and they don't anything! The only cut of our antelopes we had left in the freezer were some shoulder roasts. I sliced them real thin and followed the recipe. The antelope was nice and tender despite the lesser cuts of meat. Since I no longer live in the north, I had to settle for portabella mushrooms, blueberries, and 4 TBSP of huckleberry preserves. The recipe was fanastic despite the modifications. This recipe is a keeper!! I can't wait to try it when I have the correct ingredients! Thank you for posting this!!
