Defense attorney Camille Abate told the Daily News that Crawford shouldn't have been charged with murder. She says the facts do not establish that Crawford tried to kill her child.

How does that attorney sleep at night? The Mother shouldn't be charged with murder because she didn't try to kill her child!!!!! People who drive drunk or text while driving and have accidents where people are killed didn't set out to try and kill anyone either. What a defense!!!!

That just makes me sick, how can she possibly consider herself a mother:

Get off your lazy butts people and go play outside with your kids!!! Reading these stories constantly about people killing or hurting their own kids is rediculous! These poor children. If you didn't want them in the first place use birth control or give them up for adoption! There are plenty of loving families out there who would love to be parents. My heart aches for all of these children being raised by loveless parents.

What is it with these defense attorneys, the fact that Ms. Crawford did not intend to kill her child doesn't make it murder, are you kidding me. Of course she murdered her child, what do you expect when someone beats you and you end up dead, does the punishment fit the crime, a broke TV.

She never meant to kill her child??!! What the he%% did she think would happen if you beat a FIVE YEAR OLD in the back & stomach??!! SHE should be beaten in the back and stomach to see what it feels like.....she shouldn't fear anything because, as she well knows, it couldn't possibly KILL anyone. Trash! Pure Trash!
