My impression is that this party with Mr. Depp was for the privilged few and did not include the children of military personel (check your spelling) or local school children. Every president has the right to use his home as he sees fit and I have no problem with that. While I have opposed many of the President's policies and am nowhere close to he or the First Lady in my political beliefs, I have no issue with how they have conducted themselves while he has been in public office.

I will continue to oppose many of his policies and beliefs and will keep all options open for who I vote for President this year, but I will also not crawl in the gutter and get into rumors, private matters (even those in public office are entitled to some personal privacy) or garbage like the whole birther deal.

President Obama DID not write any books since he has been in office. Both books were written by HIM (unlike Sarah Palin who actually HAD to use ghost writers) before he was elected (his last book was written when he was a senator). Both books were purchased by me in 2008 when he RAN for president. I have no problem believing that a Harvard graduate (with honors) and president of Harvard Law Review (which Obama was) is intelligent enough to write a book. You need to do your homework instead of spattering your nonsense here. Another thing, give the birth thing a rest - only diehard uninformed people are hanging onto that one!

This is the way it works, and you know it; whoever is in office, gets blasted from those on the other side. It always has and always will work both ways! I would not go so far to say hatred, but she often does have a look of annoyance except when she is with children, but then they would not be challenging her which I think is the issue.

Look the Obamas have never liked the direction the US has been going. So they have their own dream of how the US should become and they are working very hard to change it while they have control. So naturally anybody that is in their way will get mowed over and they do not hesitate to let others do their persuading.

I judge the standards of people by those they choose to hang around with or those they put in charge. So this would be their choice and that is what I measure. When Obama put Debbie in charge after Weiner gave up his attack position, that pretty much did it for me. It isn't that she is so aggressive, but she is nasty. Weiner was nasty as well. Who would want them as their spokesperson for their party. I would think bridging and not dividing would be a priority for the president. It is not.

Tom those books have been by the thousands for 3 years. They blame all worlds wrongs on Bush. That is the Obama's "M.O." point a finger somewhere else.

Listen to her interview on the today show. Who says "According to my reporting"? That's like saying, "I didn't say it was true, but it is what I said." She hadn't had access for over two years and even admits that her book is her interpretation of second hand rumors she heard from other people.

Is there some shred of truth to her book? Maybe, but at best it is hearsay spun into something she can sell. That isn't journalism, that's just blogging on paper for profit.
