How ironic to see Taylor on the Today Show. I watched the segment on the man who took his boys lifes and was accused of taking their mothers life. I wish the court system could wake up and understand how dangerous these men are. So he was denied custody on Wednesday and those children were taken to him on Sunday for a supervised visit?

I know first hand how devasting this experience is dealing with a sick person and the court system for three years after my divorce. When there is any question of suicide or deviant behavior the children need to be removed from the parent immediantly. My x stalked me and dragged me through the court system draining me emotionally financially and spitually. He threatened me with suicide before the marriage ended hence our separation. No one would take it seriously, so the vicious cycle of living with when or how is he going to kill me and my son went on until he took his own life in August 2010. As far as Taylor is concerned, I seen her interview with Dr. Phil and could totally relate. I am very hopeful that with her public persona she can make some some changes to protect women and children from the sick reality that alot of families deal with but never talk about.

She is a sociopath. She didn't even wait 3 days until her husband was cold in the ground to write this awful book in which she slanders a dead man and memorializes her lies in print for her child and his other children which she herself has said she wished were never born to read for all of eternity. This is like buying a book by Casey Anthony. to buy it is immoral, to believe it is not to think with any sort of understanding of blood money and the chase for fame at any cost, even one's children's memories and well-being.

I was going through the exact same thing at the exact same time... My husband was abusive and controlling sexually, emotionally, verbally, and physically to the point I finally broke and had to go the the hospital on September 19th for 7 days. After that I still had to maintain a level of normalcy to survive for me and my daughter who needed to graduate. After file an injunction order that was served that night ans he has been gone since, Now I have filed for divorce and my life has a hole new purpose. I have traveled this journey with Taylor every step of the way and dont to lose a husband because my first husband committed suicide when we were in our 2nd week of marriage and I was 21 years old. I am right there with you with every emotion, fear, guilt, relief, anger, and more!!

Please PLEASE, those of you that have TRULY been abused I feel sorry that this sorry pathetic excuse for a human being is insulting your intelligence and demeaning your very real tragedy's so that she can make a dollar. PLEASE investigate her as others have! She was NOT abused as much as she said and if there was any abuse at all it was mutual! She is not who she says she is and further more every thing out of her mouth is a complete lie. She has been caught lying so often, even on camera with Andy Cohen and Dr. Phil that it baffles me that other woman want to relate to this person!!!!!!!!!! Her FRIENDS don't believe her!!! SHE WORKED AT AN ABUSED WOMANS SHELTER!!!!! You don't think she picked up on the signs of abuse, how she needed to conduct herself for people to believe her? And how does one counsel battered woman if you are being battered yourself without getting help?????? I only read half of the above and it made me so sick I had to stop. After 3 days she begins this "tell all" book, without any thought to Russells children or his family, without speaking with any of them at all since!!!! She has been going on vacations and out on weekends starting immediately after his death... this is a woman getting over the biggest tragedy of her life???? Concern for her daughter... YEAH RIGHT!!! Please please.... just investigate her before you give credience to anything she offers.... its all fake and lies and it gives a disadvantage to woman who are truly being abused and may someday want to tell their own stories but may be told to stop crying wolf because of Taylors deceit..... just investigate........

@SSOC I am with you! I was abused long ago in my past, and recovered from it going on to have a wonderful and healthy life. I can see this womans BS a mile away. I clued in last year when she was talking about her charity for abused women and could not talk about it without crying... something about the way she did that, I just had a feeling this was an expert liar.

She has a book now about "finding the courage within"? Russeel just died a few months back. How can you possibly be even understanding what has happened at that point? So what, in a couple of years we will get another book, "No, wait, this is for real about the courage within this time"???? Then to talk on the reunion show about how she misses him terribly? And he was the love of her life? "Oh, well, yes he beat me and abused me, but other than that he was a wonderful person." NEVER in my LIFE have a said I missed my abuser, NEVER in my life would I have ever called him the love of my life. I felt NO sadness at leaving my abuser, I had to save my life.

Boycott her book and donate money to real DV causes! Money from her book will just go to feed her desire to live the highlife on blood money and lies. Help real victims who suffer. Disgusting. The Bravo show and her castmates have all said they never saw any proof of abuse. Only what Taylor told them. Since her husband is not here to agree or call her a liar, it's disgusting to me that she be allowed to tell these stories. She has a child and her husband had other children who did nothing wrong yet will carry this damage forever ...and for what? To feed the needs of this sick and disgusting woman? It's not ok.
